Unable to Apply Changes in Aero

So I was working on a project that was getting updated daily and when I added more content then went to Apply Changes, it no longer will update the changes. The error appears at the bottom "Unable to Update Link..." I had just updated it a few minutes ago then made some small changes and sent the update again and now it doesn't update anymore. 

Issue: Project can't be updated

Reproducible: Yes

Intended Result: Updated project.
