Unable to create a shareable link

Hello! My class and I are doing a project on Adobe Aero, but nobody is able to create a link to share with our teacher. 

Weve tried using school wifi, multiple hotspots, and home wifi on our phones and macs, all of which come up with the same message.

All of us have education/school accounts.

 

The Aero and OS versions on our computers are:

Aero version 0.18.4 

macOS Ventura version 13.0

    @markhellar Hi, I'm running into the same issue with a corporate account, I've been trying many different projects on mobile and desktop and it always fails to generate a shareable link.
