Unable to create a sharing link and QRcode on Adobe Aero

I use Aero version 0.235(#125) on my windows PC and version 2.23.6 on my iPad Pro

When I want to create link sharing, it take time longer than usual and did't create Link and QRcode.

The error massage display 'Unable to create Link' or 'Unable to create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link.'

ps.My account is personal general personal account

I had this problem too for some time.
Tried all the options i could find from other people, but none worked.


Then i did the following to get it working again:

-deleted all my current Areo projects
-Downgraded Aero:
First to a much lower version. Then it worked and i upgraded to version 0.23.4


Hope it works for other people too.

If you are on a coprporate or school account the link sharing function may be turned off by your admin. I logged out of my company account and opened the file with my personal account and was able to create a link with no problems.

I expecierenced downtime for about a week.
These features are now working fine on desktop, and iPhone; across two different accounts. I received confirmation on Twitter X that these issues were resolved. Seems to work for me now!

I opened the aero app after a few hours and the file I was supposed to create the link and share mysteriously appeared on my app. But the link problem is still there. I believe it is common practice now to just launch software without checking codes. This happens even with big name software. Maya is the worse every new release either has tons of bugs or just crashes all the time. Things are so broken these days...

I've spent a few hours yesterday with a few different support agents to help me problem solve this, and I even gave them remote access, but no luck. I was told that they are working on a fix and the next update should sort the issue out.

Same issues. Seemed to work fine about a week ago. Is the Free-use trial no longer working? Are big business accounts experiencing this downtime?
