"Use Legacy Free Transform" Not Working - "Eski Serbest Dönüştürmeyi Kullan" Düzgün Çalışmıyor

I’m an experienced Photoshop user and I had been using this setting for a long time without any issues. However, I had to reset my settings recently, and since then, this feature has not been working properly.

Here’s the issue:
When I hold the Shift key and scale from the corner handles, proportional scaling works fine. However, when I try to scale from the top, bottom, left, or right edges while holding Shift, it does not scale proportionally.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Reset the settings multiple times
• Reinstalled Photoshop and tried 2–3 different versions

But the issue still persists.

Eski bir Photoshop kullanıcısıyım ve bu ayarı uzun zamandır aktif olarak kullanıyordum. Ancak geçen gün ayarları sıfırlamak zorunda kaldım ve o zamandan beri bu özellik düzgün çalışmıyor.

Sorunu şöyle açıklayayım:
Shift tuşuna basıp köşe noktalarından (çapraz) ölçeklendirdiğimde orantılı büyütme/küçültme sorunsuz çalışıyor. Ancak üst, alt, sağ ve sol kenarlardan Shift tuşuna basarak orantılı şekilde büyütme/küçültme yapamıyorum.

Denediğim çözümler:

• Ayarları birden fazla kez sıfırladım
• Photoshop’u kaldırıp farklı sürümler (2-3 farklı versiyon) yükledim

Ama sorun hâlâ devam ediyor.
