Account problem - switching from one account to another without my permission

I do not like that my account is being shifted to an account that looks like hers but isn’t really hers. It feels fake. 
I am posting from this fake account because I am unable to access my own account.

And after logging in I am shown some fake account. OMG what is that? I did not notice that earlier. I just did not bother to assume that with my own u and pw I would login to someone else’s account.

Account name is very similar to my partner’s account. She has a creative cloud plan with 4k generative credits. That is amazing. But that - green thing - that’s not my account. What is this? OMG what is that?

So before I record an actual bug at Firefly, I must report this accounts problem first. 
As far as I’m concerned, currently I am not logged in into her account. Yet still the name is very similar. Cannot be coincidence. 
My account - seen in the first screenshot. That’s the one that should be posting this. Not this green thing account.
