Email notifications stopped

Sometime between 10/4/23 and 10/6/23 email notifications stopped. I searched around and found instructions to go into settings. Everything looks fine. What can I do? This is causing delays, mistakes, aggravation and problems!

    notifications of what? forum updates of threads you've following?

      IMO, this is more of a blessing than a bug.  I turned off email notifications years ago and never looked back.  Forum emails were taking up too much space in my inbox.  Even years later, old topics would suddenly resurface for no reason.  Who needs that?

       

      I check my Notifications folder (bell icon) online.  It's much saner than getting bombarded with forum emails.
