Some of our coldfusion sites are being redirected to a mulberry site when someone does a google search. Is there a way to prevent this? How are they doing it in the first place? It look like this code is being inserted into the index.cfm:[ code removed - do NOT post the contents of hacked sites on this forum!! ]

I am trying to display a link when the current date falls between two dates. I have setup the startdate and the enddate.When the current date falls between the startdate an the enddate, the link will apear. Both startdate and enddate have already been formatted earlier as mm/dd/yyyyy. I tried using the following script, to no avail. We recently upgraded from CF8 to CF10. Our apps that connect to LDAP to do lookups will intermittently give us errors. Most of the time they work but will occasionally throw this error:One or more of the required attributes may be missing or incorrect or you do not have permissions to execute this operation on the server. An error has occurred while trying to execute query :simple bind failed: ldap.ucdavis.edu:636.I can find no pattern as to what will trigger the error.Any ideas where to start?

The Coldfusion Login Wizard implemented on my Login page(Displayed in earlier Discussions) now displays a Coldlfusion page requesting Username and Password input to access my Local/Network site.  When I input what I think is the correct username and password I get an error message stating "Your login information is not valid. I am having a problem with a new computer running Windows 7 Professional and Outlook 2007 where all .pdf attachments are not going through as attachments but as garbage within the body of the email.  The .pdf are being generated by my practice managment software.  When I open the messages back up in Outlook from sent mail - they look okay, but obviously the recipient is not getting them that way.  Is this a .pdf setting problem?  Outlook problem?  Server problem?

I'm trying to track down why our servers become unresponsive over time.  After about 3-5 hours CF will start to queue requests and the only thing I can do is restart the services.  I'm not seeing any hints in all of our hardware monitoring that it is a hardware related issue.  Our database servers are fine, the load on the systems are fine but after about 3-5 hours, they'll just start queuing and are unable to recover on their own without a restart.  The only hint I've been able to gather is there will be a large number of locked threads.      

I'm creating a simple Login page in Dreamweaver but I am having trouble creating the Datasource in the Datasource Administrator.  I am using a Miscroft Access Database.  When I access the Adminstrator and go to Data Services/Datasources and select the Microsoft Access database driver type I am prompted to input a "path" to the Database File and a "path" to the System Database File.  I understand what is required for the path to the database file but do not know what is required for the System Database path.  I tried inserting the same path as the database file and also tried inserting the path to the MS Access EXE file as the path to the System database file but when I submit the Datasource for updating I get 2 error messages. The first states that the "NT registry" could not be updated and the second states that the variable "DRIVERPATH" is not defined.  Any help would be appreciated.  Without a good connection to that datasource I cannot complete the con

I've been having a very strange problem with Internet Explorer (mostly) and ColdFusion 10.I'm using CFID and CFTOKEN to track user sessions. Occasionally - primarily in IE - something goes wrong and I keep getting a new CFID/CFTOKEN every time I refresh any page. This means that logins fail because the session created and returned is a new one that has no user logged in. The only way to fix this is to clear the browser cookies for that domain and then it works for a while before this starts to happen again.I've googled all over the place and tried numerous session fixation fixes to no avail. I've even tried to create a page that simply dumps all the cookies and invalidates the session but this doesn't help either.This is a new server that I want to begin using for all new client sites, but until this is resolved I can't do so.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Brian Loewen

I am trying to set up coldfusion to handle payPal IPN but I cant find any tutorials that explain how to get it to work, anything I find is out of date or I just cant get it to work. I've tried using the code on paypal developer site here:https://cms.paypal.com/cms_content/CA/en_US/files/developer/IPN_COLDFUSION.txtand I have enabled IPN on my paypal account but I'm not sure I've set it up correctly. Is there a way to check if paypal is even sending data back to my site?Been having a look and it seems the ipn I set up isnt even running. when I test the payment (i set up a basic ipn.cfm file that writes to a text file) it still doesnt work. Could there be a reason why paypal isnt running the ipn? If I go to the ipn.cfm file in a browser then the test txt file is created.Cheers!

hii'm trying to use multiple expressions in a cfif ex:<cfif (Evaluate(test.itemcode) is not "HDMI") OR (Evaluate(itemcode) is not "DVI")>this should result in returning everything that 's not with hdmi or dvi , right? it doesn't , it returns everything including thembut when I do:<cfif (Evaluate(test.itemcode) is not "HDMI")>it excludes the hdmi from the list...what am I doing wrong?

I have installed the CF 10 on my windows server 2008 R2. Now problem is that when I open site page it's take almost 30 second to load the page. My system is good and I think it's not an issue of my system performance. I think it's an issue of ColdFusion 10.

Hi All,I am accessing a web service of a web site using ColdFusion.Each time I am calling the web service I am getting the message "Web service operation ... with parameters {} cannot be found".The wsdl file showing the parameter as complex type .So I have passed value to the particular method using structure and xml type each time I gets that error message.I can not post here the wsdl for security reason.When I am calling this Web service from .net it is working without any problem. .NET directly creating the objects of the parameter which the method is needed from the wsdl but I don't know whether it is possible in ColdFusion or not.Also I don't know whether the web service in .net or in other language.Please suggest something.ThanksUpen

I get the above message on start up of CFAdmin on a system that used to work. Had recently applied APSB13-27, but cfadmin worked after that install. There are two instances of CF9.01 on the server, the second instance works, the primary does not. On WIndows Server 2008, fully patched, IIS7. CF pages work properly. I have re-done the wsconfig for the cfadmin site. Other CF sites are on separate IIS instances on the server. Have applied the CF9 lockdown stuff. I have a database table with image paths and image details. I want to use ColdFusion to auto generate a PDF with this information. It's kind of like a yearbook. I've used <cfpdf> in the past to populate Acrobat forms, but since I need to display images, I can't use Acrobat. I then discovered LiveCycle Forms, but I soon realized that you can't merge/flatten LiveCycle PDF's due to the XML. Which, if the user generates an extract more than 1 page long, i'd have to merge the files.I can use <cfdocument> to write a PDF file, but this isn't ideal. Reason being, is that when you import the generated PDF into Adobe Illustrator, it views it as one big image. The designers working with these PDF's are used to opening up hand made PDF's, selecting the image they need from the document, and dragging the image and details to their canvas. Unfortunatly, <cfdocument> just mashes everything together as one image.Is there any way to accomplish this task? I'm so beat trying to find a s

Hello,   I am a web developer, but I do not use Cold Fusion, so I come to the experts on this one. I have a client that wanted me to review a website and I cannot get the page to even attempt a load. It literally has nothing but a blank page and refreshing resolves too quick to actually be fetching the site. I saw the site load in his browser on the smart phone, so I know it loads for him.  I used a webpage analyzer on it, so that is the only way I know it is in CF. It was able to fetch pages and URLS.  Has anyone seen this sort of behavior? If so, what causes it? I have used FF, Chrome and IE. One time, out of all the times it gave me a cert warning, but when proceeding again.. blank page. Thanks for your help. 

So I have a URL as a string in a variable and I'm trying the following:<cfimage action="read" name="myImage" source"#myUrlString#">And I get the following error:faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'Unable to invoke CFC - An exception occurred while trying to read the image.' faultDetail:'File C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\my\cfc\path\"https:\my.domain.com\imagefile.jpg" does not exist.'Clearly it's prepending the path to the .cfc file onto the URL String.  How do I get cfimage to just load the image from the URL without it trying to prepend the .cfc file's path onto it?(I've also tried ImageRead and ImageNew with exactly the same results).Thanks,Laurence MacNeillMableton, Georgia, USA
