Hello,So I have a main lobby layout, with a PowerPoint presentation, and at a certain place in the presentation I switch layouts to access information on a PDF. When I click back to my main lobby/PowerPoint the presentation reloads and starts from slide one.Is there any way to have it save my place in the presentation?Thank you kindly,John

Anyway to disable the builtin isight camera and let the Canon Vixia HG20 be the default when it's connected ? I have a Macbook Pro with OS 10.9.4. it doesn't recognize the Canon Vixia HG20. Only the built-in isight camera is used by ACP. I'd really appreciate any suggestion on this very frustrating situation.

I have a game that I'm going to use in a Captivate course. The place I got it from said to upload it to server, go into the folder, and click on the config file, and edit in my questions and answers there. But I can't figure out a way to even see the stuff that I uploaded. Just a link. I've tried a few videos, but many of them aren't working...so I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to keep a meeting open continuously on Adobe Connect? So that anyone could enter the meeting at anytime. Please help.

This is an on-prem server. meeting room URL set to "any one with the URL can enter".

When I post my event to Facebook/Twitter, the default metadata is displayed (which is problematic when you're saying something to the effect of, "Join our great webinar--it's called 'Event Info Page'). Not desirable.How do I edit this text, either in the template or manually on the event page?Thanks!

Hello,I recorded a 1.30 hour meeting by using Adobe Connect. I want to edit the file and split in small time. So I save the recording in local by clicking "Make Offline". When I play back the file from local, the sound and video become unsynchronized.Any idea and how to sort it out.Thanks in advance,Nicho

When loading AICC course from Adobe Presenter to Adobe Connect, It appears that Adobe Connect has some additional directories added into the URI/URL which are not visible with the URL.  A couple of questions since we are integrating this with our LMS via AICC.  1.  Is it possible to download the 'meta data files .au .crs .cst .des) from Adobe Connect so that the .au file has the proper WEB_LAUNCH information?  2.  I notice the actual URL seems to prepend what appears to be a customer ID and then tacks on a default directory at the end, after the course identifier.  Is this standard or is there a way to always see the full URL?Thanks for your assistance,-Doug

Trying to delete my second Adobe Connect account and there aren't any visible options to do so. What am I missing?

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some suggestions about how we could best use Adobe Connect to live stream an upcoming event. Every year we host an event with both a live and an online audience. Traditionally we've asked our presenters to speak into a microphone that is connected to a PA system in the room and then a separate microphone connected to a laptop pics up the audio coming out of the PA system and transmits it through Connect. I suspect that there must be a better way to do this (perhaps using a mixing board?), but I'm not sure how that would work. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?Similarly, does anyone have any thoughts on adding a live video feed? Ideally I'd like to broadcast a video feed at a resolution around 480, but I'm not sure if that's realistic. Any insights people may have would be greatly appreciated.

I have a guest who I actually want to make a presenter on a PC using Chrome 35.He keeps getting the following message ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED and a suggestion that the page no longer exists. I have accessed the same link using IE Explorer and Adobe and a MAC with Chrome and it has worked fine.

Is there api function to change access mode and set a passcode to recording in meeting?When I'm trying to use "action=acl-field-update&acl-id=SCO_ID_RECORDING&field-id=meeting-passcode&value=MY_PASSCODE" it just clean the password and do not set it or change.And "action=permissions-update&acl-id=SCO_ID_RECORDING&principal-id=public-access&permission-id=view-hidden" do not work too.

When using screen sharing (MacBook Pro w/monitor), I've run into two different problems. With Chrome, the Add-In tool wouldn't load, so I got no access to the Desktop at all. With FireFox and Safari, the tool loaded and gave me access. But then, it kept copying my desktop over and over like some awful, electronic echo. Anybody seen this before?

Hi, I recently bought a MacBook Pro 15'' Retina, and when I'm on a Adobe Connect meeting, and share my desktop screen only the lower left quarter of the screen is shared to the rest of the particiants. I've tried changing the resolution of my Macbook display, and also of the adobe connect meeting Room Screen resolution with no luck.If I share a second monitor, not retina, I have no problems and the screen is shared fine.Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Any fixes or workarounds?thanks,Gabriel

This is the way the problem appears:So I click the download flash player and go through the steps to install. Install as directed,And yet I still get the original problem.I have rebooted my computer to make sure that it doesn’t need a reboot to activate the files installed etc. I have removed flash player and completely reinstalled it. I have also visited your site and you diagnostic says I haven’t an up to date version, but I have downloadeded it. as you can see above I have downloaded it. I am using - Windows 7 Home edition, with Service Pack 1- Active X version 11.5Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks!
