Digital Editions

Bonjour,depuis environs deux semaines, nous ne pouvons plus du tout utiliser Adobe Digital Editions (4.5.11). Nous avons un compte que nous utilisons depuis plusieurs années et qui fonctionnait très bien. Les liseuses sont toutes bien autorisées et le logiciel adobe également avec le même compte. Ensuite, plusieurs cas de figure :- Le téléchargement du livre se déroule bien mais dès que l'on branche la liseuse, le logiciel plante. On ne peut plus cliquer nulle part ni même quitter l'application. On est obligé d'ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches pour fermer ADE.- Le téléchargement se déroule bien depuis la plateforme CANTOOK que nous utilisons. Mais Adobe digital éditions reste vide de livres.- Le téléchargement se déroule bien et le livre apparaît dans Adobe mais ensuite on ne peut pas ouvrir le livre sur la liseuse. Nous avons fait des tests sur 5 PC différents et deux marques de liseuses. Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Nous sommes une bibliothèque municipale et utiliso

Bonjour, J'essaie en vain se supprimer des éléments de ma bibliothèque. Dans un premier temps ils disparaissent bien, mais ils réapparaissent à la connexion suivante. Il s'agit de livres que je n'ai plus mais dont les vignettes subsistent en grisé.J'utilise la version 4.5.10.186048 d'Adobe Digital Edition et mon système d'exploitation est Windows 10 famille version 1909.J'ai vérifié que l'option de synchronisation dela bibliothèque était décochée. J'ai également tenté de supprimer tous les fichiers de synchronisation avant de supprimer les éléments, mais tout a échoué...Quelqu'un peut-il me dire comment procéder?Merci d'avance.

Réponse reçue lorsque j'essaie de rerende un prèt en ligne.Téléchargement impossible: erreur lors de l'obtention de licence. Probléme de comm avec le serveur de licences; E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCSQW. Mon fournisseur de livres me suggère de d'effacer l'autorisation, mais impossible car il m'est toujours demandé sur la base de mon ancien email. J'ai mis à jour mon nouvel email Adobe, avec nouveau mail et PW, mais rien ne change dans dans le masque de la demande, Merci si qqun a deéjé eu ce problème.

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe gerade meine Primäre Email geändert und nun kann ich meine Geräte nicht mehr Autoriesieren. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung "Anmelde-ID/Kennw. F. Ausgew. eBook-Anbieter ist falsch.Erneut vers."Ich habe es an meinen Rechner Windows 10, einen IPAD und IPhone ausprobiert. Nix geht. Wenn ich aber einen andere ID Verwende dann funktioniert es sofort.Was kann ich machen damit ich wieder an meine Unterlagen komme? Gruß Dirk

I have an epub book with the following permissions: Licensed to: UnknownViewing: on any deviceCopying: on any devicePrinting: on any device When I try to copy this epub into my Kobo, I keep hitting the CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED. Appreciate kind help. Thank you. 

No "Devices" shown in Bookshelves-All Items .How can I fix

Hello everyone, please help or maybe reply if you're having the same issue. My ADE app on my iPhone just force closes when I try to open my ebook. I cannot figure out why or a way around it. Help??

My Digital Editions will not open an epub borrowed from OverDrive thru Army MWR Libraries.  I've used both my MWR Sign-in and my Adobe sign-in with no results....Any ideas??

Can anyone confirm if the free Digital Editions are free for governmental users as well?

I'm having a problem trying to access eBooks on my KOBO Glo, after loading  with Adobe DRM processing. I've tried the suggested solutions from the Adobe Support Community, but nothing has worked.I'm running ADE 3.0 now; 4.5 didn't work either. After loading an ebook using ADE, I get "eReader not authorized to open this book". My KOBO has a KOBO password and an Adobe password. Is this valid?I use the Adobe password when authorize/deauthorize the PC, the KOBO unit , ebooks, etc. Any suggestions appreciated.  

Dear readers, I have ADE installed on my Windows computer but recently I got a new version of Windows 10 and ADE disappeared.Today I installed ADE, had to fill in an authorisation for my Kobo reader, but the menu did not show Kobo. I continues with "continuations withaou authorisation. After that I put my new books in the ADE librabry from my online library. But when I connected my Kobo to ADE it gave the text: connect not allowd (or something). Kobo could not help me either. Adobe refused.I uninstalled ADE and installed it Please help me. Wilma

I used to have an authorized Adobe Digital Editions version which was linked to a number of e-books. However, the ID with which ADE was authorized is lost, I don't remember which ID/mailaccount I used or what password it had. So the e-books linked to that ID are no longer accessible.Is there a possibility to unlock those e-books from the ADE ID so that these books are 'free' again for me to connect them to my current ID that I have used for more than five years? I do have info on the e-books involved and can also provide the mailaccounts I may have used back then.

Dear Community, Please, I need your kind assistance - whenever I tried to open my Adobe Digital Edition file, I get the prompt message " There was an error opening the document. The security plug-in required by this command is NOT available". Please, I need assistance on how to resolve this issue.    

Hello, I have authorized a licensed e-book without using the Adobe ID. Now I am not able do download the e-book in another device. I have tried to authorize it using the Id in the original device but I read in the Adobe website that once you have authorized without using ID, documents cannot be transferred.Is there any way this can be resolved as I desperately need to view the e-book on another device.

I cannot authorise a new smartphone because of the above mentioned message.

I installed ADE on my computer and tried to authorize the computer. After having ADE opened the option "authorize computer" was NOT enabled, so I tried to delete the existing authorization first. While trying to do so, a small pop-up window opens with an older email address (which was used in the past and linked with an older version of ADE, but however was deinstalled) instead of the actual address. The correct password was also not accepted, so the only remaining option is to cancel the entire process, which is of course not sufficient at all.Any comments/remarks how to get this issue resolved?Thank you in advance!

I've bought an ebook and downloaded in my iPad. However, when using Adobe Digital Edition to read, I'm unable to listen to the CDs and view the videos embedded in the book. How can I access these?

I got a book from my university library, but can't read in Kobo Forma.The message is (translated from italian): "your ereader is not authorized by Adobe Digital Editions (DRM). Because you previously erased authorization of your ereader you must re-import your book..."I deleted authorization and reenabled it a lot of times even from ADE and Kobo, connected it and disconnected and so on, as from documentation paper, but with no results.I can download the book, I can read it in ADE, I can move it in the ereader, but when I open the ereader I see the cover of the book black, and when I try to open it I get the message again.Thanks so much for help.

This is what I experienced over the last 2 days. - ADE PC Desktop Version - NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW- ADE app downloaded from Apple to my iPad - this version worked It appears that Adobe Chat does not support ADE.  So, what does this mean?  There will be no upgrades or fixes to ADE?  They sent me to search forums.adobe.com and https://helpx.adobe.com/in/digital-editions/kb/activation-errors-adobe-digital-editions.html.  This help section did not apply to my situation.  I followed the step by step instructions, and learned my computer was clean.  I couldn't get past the Computer Authorization.  We all can see that there's a glitch in the program.  Adobe, what do you mean by no support for ADE?  Are updates in-progress right now?  Are no updates for the desktop versions?  Only updates for the iPad and iPhone versions?  Please help us understand, so we can make better decisions when purchasing digital books.&nbsp

I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions... it worked fine before the reformat... now when I try to add a purchased book from Google, I get this warning: E google device limit reached.  How do I fix this?  bob@BobTheActor.com

Hi I bought a new computer and are trying to install Digital edition I got help from the support to unregister the old license but even if the done that it still doesnt work to register it on a new machineAuthorize is now gray in the digital edition so I cant register the new machine but before I got something with that this user hasnt downloade from Adobe ....Then it I download a link and open a link I get the infoprmation that I cant communicate to the server and the license is registered on another machine I get this then I am downloading book E_License_already_fullfilled_ by_another_user What Can I do?Best Regards Mats
