Digital Editions

I can't reset my Digital Edition password.  From the Digital Edition screen, when I press the reset password, it sends me to my Creative Cloud account (Lightroom and Photoshop) and there seems to be no option to change the Dig. Edition password.  How can I fix this.  The live help was no help on this, referring me to this site 

Hello. I need a script on Indesign to promote eshopping dirrectly from PDF catalogue. Like adding a "add to cart" to the product and sent the selected item by mails or Whatsapp.

ADE does not recognize by Kobo reader - Aura.  This reader has previously been recognized.Mac OS CatalinaADE 4.5.11 The reader is recognized by the MacOS. I have tried setting reader back to factory settings, uninstalling and reinstalling ADE. Any suggestions?

I have a Simple Touch Nook, software system 1.2.2. In February I was able to successfuly download ebooks through my library and load them on my nook. When I tried last week I got the error dialog "This book has been returned. Loan not on record". I had just checked it out. I have deregistered and reregistered my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled ADE, got in to my regedit and renamed my Adept file as per the recommendations found on this forum. I have adobe 4.5.11, Windows 10.

Hi, I ordered a PDF_DRM book off takealot, a ecommerce site here. I downloaded it and authorised my pc with adobe ID. It says it loaded the content into ADE but when I look I only get the contents and all the chapters etc...but from page 1 to 557 it is all blank.I have deleted ADE and did the regedit thing and re-installed ADE 4.5.11....but nothing. Please help.dave.vanstaden97@gmail.com

I keep receiving the same error and I'm fed up about it. I tried to contact personal support avenues from Adobe and got shuffled across to 3 different Customer Server representatives, none of which could help me. I was then told to post my query here, and the representative would be able to get back to me WITHIN A FEW HOURS. Not so immediate help.Please see the error I keep getting when trying to Login to my Adobe ID in the screenshot attached. 

So I am trying to download an e-book from my university's library and am unable to open it on Digital Editions. I downloaded Abode Digital Editions as it was instructed to do so on my library website. So I downloaded the file and tried to open it on ADE but was met with "Error. Check Activation!" notification. After looking up online I tried everything from deauthorizing/reauthorizing, uninstalling, unblocking the files and downloading an older version and I restarted the computer too. Nothing worked so I kept searching. Many users kept insisting that Ctrl+Shift+D worked for them and so I gave it a go another time but unfortunately, I find myself am unable to deauthorize. Because every time I time my password it says "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time." Please I really need some help because I don't want to fail and the textbook prices are sky high. Please and thank you! -hugs-

LIke many others on this forum, I am unable to open books on my Kobo. Many replies say to download older version of ADE, which I've done (don't get me started on how difficult it was to find the  downloads on the Adobe website...). Unfortunately these older downloads are not compatible with the newest Mac OS 10.15, so I'm back at square one. I've uninstalled and deauthorized, umpteen times. Since using an older ADE is not an option, what can I do now?  Thank you. 

Can anyone help me?  I'm trying to uninstall adobe digital editions off my MacBook and then re-install it.  It won't sync books from my work computer or iPad to my MacBook.  Only thing I can think of

Hi I just purchased a pdf that allows the file to be printed once. So I thought no problem, installed Digital Editions for windows version 4.5.11.187303 and added my book. Able to read book with no issues Then hit the print button it then took 30 mins for the dialog to work thru printing the pages with multiple instances of not responding. it hangs on the final page and never give a final message saying its been sent to the printer. I try to kick off the print job it prints out maybe 30 pages out of 231 and thats it. The file is now marked as printed - and the print option grayed out!! I bought the pdf solely to print out -  i msged Adobe support and they said to come here. SO how do I get ADOBE to mark my pdf as NOT printed so I can try and print it again??

Je ne peux pas voir mes Biblioroms ni les livres que j'ai téléchargés.  Voici tout ce que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent : - Installer et désinstaller l'application (autant la version 3.0 que 4.5.11 Windows), et ce, à plusieurs reprises.- Vider la cache et les cookies de mon ordinateur.- Redémarrer mon ordinateur, et ce, à plusieurs reprises. - J'ai autorisé l'ordinateur (et enlever l'autorisation et je l'ai remise, etc. )J'ai parlé avec un technicien d'Adobe au téléphone et il n'avait aucune compétence pour résoudre mon problème. Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider? Je suis désespérée et je n'ai plus de moyens. Bonne journée.

I have never had a problem borrowing books from the library and transferring them onto my kobo glo ereader but now it seems every time I try to do this I get error messages. The most recent being... "your ereader in not authorized to open this book. You need to re-authorize your ereader with your adobe id using adobe digital editions." I have tried authorizing, reauthorizing, factory reset on ereader. Any help would be apprecitated.

i had access to epub books on a laptop that can not turn-on any more; at that laptop the adobe digital editions application was not assigned to an adobe ID (my ID). On the laptop that i am now using, i have registered an adobe ID through my yahoo mail and have linked my account to my gmail and apple IDs. please advice on what i should do to regain access to the adobe library.

When I launch Adobe Digital Editions to authorize my Kobo Aura H2O, the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS is displayed, indicating that Limit of number of machines allowed per ID Reached. But I didn't activate Digital Editions over six devices. I contacted the Customer Care to ask them to have the activation count reset, but they did nothing and just asked me to come here to solve the problem. I can't read books on my Kobo. It's so annoying! What can I do now?

I buy two epub with ADE, and i open them in the Adobe Digital Edition with the wrong account - it was on "no authorize session", and now i can't open them with my account... there is a way I can open them?Right now I can't open them because i hadn't memorized the "no authorize session"... can somebody help me please?I already tried to remove the authorization on the epub but it doesn't work...

I work for a company that deals with digital lending in libraries and many of our users are unable to transfer ebooks from Adobe Digital Editions to Kobo and other DRM-compliant e-readers: every time they try, they get a message that asks them to authorize their e-reader (when in fact it's already correctly authorized).To be more specific: it seems to happen on DRM-protected epub3's and is happening more and more frequently in the last two weeks, both via Mac and Windows computers. I see that many users have had the same problem: does anyone have at least a temporary solution, given that this problem undoubtedly depends on Adobe Digital Editions? Thank you.
