Digital Editions don't start. Error ".net Framework"

Hi,

When I start Adobe Digital Editions 2 sec after I have ".net framework" error. About registration key.. You can see that error on attachment. I worked with this program for years and is the first time I have this problem. I can't solve this problem.. Need help please.
