Hola:Antes si me funcionaba, pero de repente ha dejado de funcionar. Lo he instalado y desinstalado muchas veces sin conseguir nada. También he instalado versiones más antiguas, con el mismos resultado.¿Alguien me puede dar una solución?Muchas gracias.

I have installed ADE on my old Android phone and can open EPUB3 books with no problems.I have also installed ADE on a newer Android tablet but there ADE wont open the same EPUB3 books.All books are without DRM.ANY ideas what I am doing wrong?Should ADE run on all Android versions or only on some?thanks for helping!

Hi  I have an ebook on my laptop but it wont show on my mobile, I've checked that I have the 'enable download' setting switched on my mobile, but still no joy.  I've not changed user names or anything like that so no idea how I'm supposed to view the book on my phone.  Other books are showing from the same publicist.

Recently i have changed my laptop and mobile to new and trying to authorize Adobe Digital Editions. While I am authorizing my new device, I am getting the following error message as shown in the screen shot. I am not going to use any of my old devices. So, could you please help me to remove all authorized old devices and allow me to add my new devices.I have removed authorization from old mobile and then tried to add to my new device, still same issue. Oh My GOD. that means adobe has to support. No other way but getting support from adobe is through forum only ???? I am waiting for response for long while.

Hello, I don't know how but my adobe digital edition restarted on my laptop. I've lost all my acquisition and now that I want to reassociate my adobe id to program it tell's me that it's already associated to another computer or mobiles devices. I erase the app from all my devises but the message still there. How can I restarts my adobe digital edition and reassociated my adobe id to my laptop.thanks for your advices.Regardsbau

I can download e-books from my local library to my laptop, but I get an error message when trying to send the e-book to my ereaders, KOBO and BQ .The error message is- No permission to copy book. I have had no problems Before. I have a new laptop. Could that be the problem? I am not so good with computers….

Hello there dear customer service!I don't know why they would have customer service for this horrible product (ADE), I think it would be easier to just listen to the community and fix it rather than have customers vent their frustration at innocent CS. I have to use ADE for the ebooks required by my university. Now the issue - the highlights don't show after the application is closed. The ancillary annotation file is present, but it doesn't show the highlights. Every single highlight i've made just disappears the next time I open the ebook. This happens every time with certainty of 150%. A book i went through and highlighted throughout has ZERO highlights in it. I read scrupulous law textbooks with ADE and it is incredibly frustrating to go though a case and then loose all the progress, every time!I'd like to know if the highlight feature is actually supposed to highlight and save your highlight for future use (this isn't clear at this point) or was it intentionally designed to be poin

I am a Building Code Official, Plans Examiner.  I have set of building plans that will not accept my approval stamp.  How can I change the setting on the plans to accept my stamp of approval.   The originator of the document is not available to sent me new copies.

I purchased a book prior to authorizing my computer with my Adobe ID and now that I have I cannot access the book.  Also my digital content is not synching with my iOS devices.  What should Ii do?

I previously downloaded Digital editions on my laptop and I just go a new desktop. I installed it as normal and then it prompted to sign in  with my Adobe ID and password to authorize the computer but now its saying that the account is not correct with the vendor? I just installed an Adobe Digital Editions on my Windows 10. I went to my overdrive library and downloaded som e-books. They still just look like gibberish. Is there some step the instructions left out? What can I do to make this work?

When I try to download ebooks from the library to DE recently I get an error message from Acrobat DC saying " Adobe acrobat reader cannot open 123456-epub.acsm either because the file type is unsupported or because the file is damaged " . This has only just started happening and is common to all sources I use for download. We recently had a Windows update and DE 4.5. When this occurred we tried reverting to DE 3.0 but the problem is the same. Can you suggest anything please?

Hello,I have a Kobo Aura H2O and I am having a problem with renting library ebooks.ADE on my laptop says it is authorized, and says the Kobo is authorized. I am able to drag the ebook file into the Kobo on ADE, but when I try to open the ebook file on the Kobo it says "your ereader is not authorized to open this book" and "because you previously deauthorized your ereader, you need to reimport the book using ADE."I have reimported the book and it still isn't working. I spoke to the Kobo help line and they say it is an ADE issue and I should troubleshoot here. I do not understand why ADE on the laptop says the Kobo is authorized, but the Kobo itself is saying it is not authorized with ADE.I did a factory reset on the Kobo and reimported the ebook file to ADE and I am still have the same problem.I would greatly appreciate help and advice, thanks.

The issue seems rather complicated and probably relates to document permissions.I have uploaded all my documents including my purchased Ebooks onto Document Cloud as I prefer the feature of document portability rather than carrying always with me the same device with the documents and My Editions software installed.I can access my personal documents from any computer, but I cannot however access my purchased books online just by using Adobe Document Cloud, as the Adobe software asks for a password. I have registered and opened an account with Adobe My Editions exactly for this reason, i.e. to be able to access my documents with my password wherever I am. However, this system does not seem to work even after I using my Adobe My Editions login details.It seems a very complicated technical issue to me and probably involves the publishers permissions too.I do not expect anyone to have encountered anything similar. Hi.I downloaded adobe app (I think without authorising an adobe id) added 2 books. Then later I purchased a new book. the new book would not add. I needed to reinstall the adobe app and then authorise with my adobe id, I then added the new book. as a result the old 2 books is no longer accessible and will not open. the books is still under my user file on my laptop, but I can't add them to my library on the adobe digital editions app. it gives me an error message.The supplier Lexis Nexis says I need to restore the books and sort this out with adobe, but it gives me an error and they wont send me a new link for the book (so I can just add it). this is a big problem for me as I need to use these books and now they no longer work. Is there anyone that can help me? Please I beg you to help me. I'm not that technology smart and I really don't understand how this can happen as I should have access to the books. I authorised my computer successfully, and downloaded a book from Hampshire Library. However, subsequent attempts lead to the error message: No record for this loan is found on this machine.I got the acsm file okay, and clicked on that. The  book appeared to download successfully, but the icon has a red exclamation mark on it.How do I solve this?
