ADE not opening in Windows 10

Hey, just downloaded ADE for Windows, at first started but than crashed and now doesn't even want to open ( neither if normal double click or run as admin ).

ADE just doesn't respond, it just load for a sec than nothing, not even reflecting in Task Manager.

Anyone that might know what could be the issue? Tried to uninstall and re-install it as well but just keeps failing to open...
