I tried to create a simple form and insert into my remote server. I have completed till establishing database connection and binding. But in special behaviour I am not getting popup for inserting the record. Kindly give me complete steps to inserting record. I am using Dreamweaver 20.1

I often lose track of my panels because they blend in too much with the background color or DW. I don't see a way to set a contrasting color, or even a lighter grey.

hello,   randomly, let's say that I haven't yet identified the methodology to reproduce this behavior, DW increases its memory consumption considerably, and this in an unexplained way.   It happens very regularly. As a result, DW becomes unusable, and the only way to work is to force DW to quit, to reboot everything.   Any idea, other than to employ another code editor 😉 have a pleasant day birnou

Hello, thanks for your time. I'm experiencing another bout of a very troubling issue with the "related files" panel in Dreamweaver 20. Any time I create more than a single "site" the related files get mixed up. If I nuke all of the site prefs (even manually) then rebuild my sites (set up local & server from scratch) every site will show related files from the first site I set up. In other words, if I set up 2 sites from scratch then open up a page within site #2 I will see the css, js etc... related files from site #1.  When I hover over the file names in the related files panel I can see the wrong location. The file viewer in dreamweaver shows the CORRECT files in both the local & remote view. The problem is isolated to the "related files" panel. This happened several times with Dreamweaver 19 as well & was very difficult to fix. The automated process to nuke the prefs did not fix it. Even manually deleting the site prefs file did not fix it. I had

Having some rather serious issues with DW version 20.1 (build 15211), and would appreciate knowing if there's anything can be done. I've tried nuking my preferences, it did nothing to fix this.1) I created a template, adding editable regions as I've always done. Star a new page based on it, and I'm unable to click inside any of the editable regions in live view. Make a small change in code view and it shows in live immediately. Still can't click in it. If I add a paragraph tag (which is manually typing the tag pair) it then allows me to click in live view. That's absurd.2) Splitting a paragraph. Time was, placing the cursor at the insertion point and hitting "enter/return" would insert a close then open a new P tag, splitting it into 2. No more. It ignores the key press, even if I remove that shortcut that was assigned by Adobe to "open". With the PHP version set to 7.1, Dreamweaver does not appear to recognize all of 7.1 feathers.for example, declaring visibility in classes for const the line --- protected const MY_CONST = 123; --- shows as an error.  Also, it does not seem to recognize the intdiv (Integer division) command.

first, let me say that I appreciated all the responses to my "crys for help".Maybe I'm just so many years away from Dreamweaer,  that I got confused and your responsed hit me like trying to learn a new lanuage for the first time.  The responses did NOT make sense.  I tried the "verify" to find the errors with out success.  I typed in the URL and I could not idnetify which file had the the problem.  there was no file identification. I never could get a coldfusion teestine server defined.  the instructions did not make any sense.  I found it easier to transfer to the web host, a little at a time to test.  I never could figure out why all of the words were "crossed" out in Google chrome.  (BTW, Edge did not have this problem with the same code.) lastly, I decided that I would try converting to HTML.  This solved the erronous lines, and I could look at the results inside Dreamweavr.  But when I tries to transfer to the web ho

In the Bayside Beat Dreamweaver tutorial I get to 'part 7' and find that the menu on the site I have diligently worked through doesn't work.I compare my code with the code supplied and find that the authors have added a line:header {overflow: hidden}They don't reference this in any of the tutorial and I note that it does not appear in the sample code for part 6, so has been introduced in part 7.The additional code prevents the contents of the header from overflowing the header box.  If yuou change the value for the overflow property to 'scroll' scroll bars appear around the header section. If you turn it to auto it has the same effect as 'hidden', i.e. no scroll bars.As I am learning I wanted to try to reduce the content that was causing the overflow in the first place but it doesn't seem as though the content is actually overflowing?Could anybody point me in the right direction as this is my first foray into Dreamweaver and I would like to understand what is at the root of the is

Hi all, I've got a site based on Dreamweaver templates.  The navigation is Spry Menu's embedded in the template .dwt file.I'm hoping to update the menus using bootstrap, but I don't seem to be able to put bootstrap elements into the header regions of the .dwt. What am I missing here?

I have installed windows 10 on my old PC I have now installed Adobe cs3 but none of the applications will open. Last time I installed I made notes of my serial numbers so have those to hand. When I try to open an application from cs3 it does not open at all.   Can you please advise me how to get my beloved cs3 working again   Many thanks   John Hardy

Hola, buenas noches antes que nada, para empezar estoy haciendo en Dreamweaver una página de inserción de registros  para que mande los datos que ingrese al formulario a una base de datos que hice en phpMyAdmin, pero al llenar todos los campos del formulario, me aparece el siguiente mensaje:  Column 'presupuesto' cannot be null  Y es que 'presupuesto' es un elemento de formulario de tipo Grupo de Opciones. Pero no me la esta agarrando, en cambio otras columnas que tengo, son de tipo Campo de Texto o Área de Texto, y si las ejecuta. En mi base de datos de phpMyAdmin tengo presupuesto como tipo de dato VARCHAR, yo creo que el tipo de dato es el problema.Entonces, si alguien tiene alguna idea, no dude en comentarla, agradeceria en verdad su ayuda. (Tampoco no es la solución cambiarlo por tipo NULL, puesto que lo necesito) 

I've been a CC Member for 7 years now and most of the apps I use work ok but I always have a problem with DW freezing up on me. Even after every update, I expect it to be fixed, and it doesn't. I've complained. Nothing happens. I just lost a bunch of work and I'm really sick of trying to operate this way. It happens often - just now twice in about 20 min. It freezes during normal use, not under any operation that is significant. Then I have to force quit to get out of it and restart. Any suggestions? Hello, all, I've got Dw CC 2018 on my workstation, and I've set F12 to preview in FireFox.  However, if I click on "Real Time Preview" in the lower right and select IE, Edge, or Chrome, I get a blank screen.  Any suggestions on how to get the other browsers to work with RTP greatly appreciated. V/r, ^ _ ^

Hi. Im using CC and would like to know if it possible to use a Creative Cloud folder to show a HTML file via a browser. I have a basic HTML document with placed images (banners like skyscrapers) which need to be displayed 100% in a browser. Is it possible share HTML links to point to the folder in Creative Cloud (Absoilte Path may need to be eited for the images). Or... the images placed are ad banners. I need to share with the client how these banners would look on a webpage, via safari or chrome. Does anyone know of an image/html hosting site to test banners? thanks RobOSXCC2020

I am working in PHP and havev built a basic Log in page which contains a form for the user to enter Username and Password. Using the Server Behavior "log in User" it is supose to validate these two fields against a PHP MYSQL database. After enter the form data and submitting it the correct behaviors thus validating the data. When I pass it to another page to call the full record data using the two entered fields it does not work. I have spent hours debugging and from what I can see is the Session variable MM_username  is not getting set. I might just be losing it, but I have a table that I am continuously adding new rows to. Now, I'm pretty sure I've always put the cursor on the last cell, hit "tab" and a new row appeared. This is not working today and I'd like to know why. I could insert a row, that's an option with right-click. But "add" a row is not. So of course, because it's 4:50 pm and I would really like to be done with this, I'm just copy-pasting the last row and editing the content of the cells. But I don't like not knowing why something doesn't work and maybe it's because I'm working on a teeny tiny laptop at home instead of my beautiful computer at the office, but I don't think so? Please help before I throw things.

昨日使い始めたばかりですが躓いてます。チュートリアルの二回目テキストコンテンツの追加と書式設定の、関連ファイルツールバーで、「responsive.css」をクリックしますの時に表示される画面が違います。一行目の1　@charset "utf-8";が無く、一行目に1　#wrappr {となっていますが、これでいいのでしょうか。 また、その後のプロパティインスペクターで、「フォーマット」ドロップダウンメニューを開きですが、該当する箇所が見当たりません。(画像） 超初心者で、とんもない質問かも知れませんが、ここで止まって前に進めなくなくなっています。よろしくお願いいたします
