We block file downloads that are considered risky at our firewall.  I'm having issues updating creative cloud though, and I believe it may be blocking the download.  Our security policy dictates that we can't do an any/any rule to allow downloads, so I need to find out what the specific file types are for the packages that are being downloaded for Creative Cloud.  Anyone have any ideas?

It says in the AUSST setup guide to verify the setup by checking that the clients are able to download the updaterfeed.xml file can be downloaded. But this file does not exist and I have done the initial sync of AUSST and ran multiple incremental syncs. Does anyone know when or if this file gets generated anymore? Looking at an older AUSST server I used to have the AUSST logs show that the updaterfeed.xml files are downloaded almost immediately, its the first thing it does. But it does not show this in the new AUSST version 5 logs.Thanks

We are a small company with 16 employees.  We currently have a team membership with 2 Creative Cloud licences and 5 Acrobat Pro DC licences which are all allocated to specific users.  However, we have some members of staff who need very occasional use of the creative cloud apps, and so do not want to purchase additional licences for this purpose.  Please can you advise the best way to manage this situation?  Ideally it wouldn't involve an administrator having to deactivate one user, and activate another each time we want to switch between users.  We understand that we cannot have more than 7 people accessing Acrobat, and no more than 2 users accessing the other creative cloud apps at any one time, but it seems very cost prohibitive to have to purchase additional licences for occasional users.

Can I multiple VIP IDs under one CONTRACT OWNER  account? If the maximum number is fixed, how many is it possible?Is it possible VIP Numbers (A.../B.../C.../D.../E...etc... ) have a one contract owner account??

Hi, I'm trying to install Creative Cloud on my new laptop, a Lenovo T480 running Windows 10 Enterprise build 17763.348.I have downloaded the Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe file from Adobe site and start it. At this point, UAC asks for permission, the installer begin to run and then .... nothing happens.I can see in Task Manager the Adobe Installer process running, but I get no visible screen. I installed successfully other times on other machines the suite the and I know it should appear a GUI to progress installation.The only difference with other successful installations I made in the past is that the admin user is an Active Directory user with admin rights (so no local admin is present).Is there any log or thing to check in order to understand where and why the installer is hanging?Many thanks in advance.

As part of a service offered by the company I work for, we convert an HTML document into a PDF. Currently, we use a third party app to do this, but it no longer meets our needs. Through Adobe Acrobat DC, I'm able to set up the Adobe PDF printer as the default printer on my system, and set the output folder so all printed PDFs are sent to this folder automatically. Then, all I have to do is print from my application and it will automatically print without a prompt. It works great. However, I don't know what the licensing requirements are to put this functionality on a server.In short, what license/product would I need to buy to set up a single server with the Adobe PDF printer driver? Literally, all I need to do is print to PDF and that's it. I've searched for a simple answer, but haven't come across it yet. Thank you.

How do I install the Reader so that its only one package and installs the language of the OS but allows the user to change the language if he needs to. I can do this for the pro version. I am deploying with SCCM.

Hi,We have Adobe Acrobat DC deployed to all of our users. We need to load the trusted root certificates from an Adobe Server. Clicking "Update Now" works, which is great because we get the certificates and our issue is resolved. However, we need to do this for all users.To try and achieve this, I made 2 changes:Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Security\cDigSig\cAdobeDownload - bAskBeforeInstallingChanged from 1 to 0Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Security\cDigSig\cAdobeDownload - bLoadSettingsFromURLChanged from 0 to 1The effect of these 2 Registry changes was to tick the box for "Load trusted root certificates from an Adobe server" and to untick the box for "Ask before updating". We use Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams where I work, but NOT any of the cloud storage functionality. I just have the apps like Photoshop and and Premiere to use to work on images or movies. Can the admin of CC for Teams view what projects I'm working on? Even their titles? What can they actually view about what I work on?

I got trap into a complicated licensing issue. Recently I installed 1 new Win Server 2016 and plan to retire those old 2018 R2. Since it's still in testing stage. So, I'm not yet going to shutdown the old production servers. After activate the Acrobat Pro in Win Server 2016. I found that 1 of the Win Server 2018 R2 has its Acrobat Pro deactivate itself.My first question is, is the above behavior normal when the number of times I activate more than the number of license I bought?As the serial number of item 1 and 3 above are different. I am trying to install Animate via GPO to 30 or so computers running Windows 10 64bit. I have created an package via the website and a new policy pointing the Software Installation to the 'AdobeCC2019_Animate_Win64.msiI was able to install Adobe Reader Pro by creating a GPO and pointing the policy to two msi installers with this method -Via group policy: deploy the "AdobeCC2019_AcrobatDCPro_Win64\Build\Adobe_CC_2019_AcrobatDCPro.msi" msi, and also deploy the "AdobeCC2019_AcrobatDCPro_Win64\Build\Setup\APRO19.0\Adobe Acrobat\AcroPro.msi" msi.First MSI installs the activation stuff, the second is the actual product (Adobe Acrobat DC Pro in this case)However this method doesn't work for Animate...and i'm guessing for other Adobe applications available in the 'Creative Cloud'. I don't want to have to install this indivdually on 30 PC's, or do i want to just use the Creative Cloud...unless i have to.But seeing how i was able to install Adobe Pro..surely i can install Animate via GPO.Thanks,

How can i get a receipt for my last order?

I have about 10K non OCRed pdfs, and I want to pick up all that contain the name of the  company "Fedex".If I try to apply OCR before advanced search process it will take great amount of time, the pdfs are 100 pages and more.But the thing is that keyword located in the beggining of the first page of the document. Is there any method to select all files contating the keyword without OCR of the whole document?

I am not able to even install creative cloud installer, which means i cant the rest of my apps.
