Would like an export function for the Adobe Stock License History page. This would help with allocating costs based on usage.Functions for limiting access to a particular user or user group would also help.
It would be wonderful to have a thumnail scaling option for the library. Some details within the current thumbs can be too small to discern the content.
I have this crazy idea where I think Adobe (a graphic-centric company) should refrain from compressing the living hell out of my "shared for review" uploads. I pay a premium for this service and I'm constantly having reassure clients that their images will look better when printed. Or, I have to send a screenshot in a separate manner to assure them it will look good. Share for review is a wonderful addition completely crippled by excessive compression to save server space. Give me a storage quota and let me manage my reviews. That will force users to remove old reviews and provide space for higher quality files. I mean, this post I am writing allows for maximum file size of 47mbs, yet they compress my review files down to kilobytes. It is clearly a matter of misaligned priorities.
I think there should be a way to add mapping to a comment made if accidentally submitted without for example: pinning.Rather than having to start a new comment from pin.
From creative cloud on MacOS I wish there was a way to open these files from here. I have started using more of the shortcuts from this app and find it helpful for organizing client assets. However it would be nice to open and edit graphic from here. I know you can open them while using illustrator to edit them, but it would be convenient to have that option from here as well. I accidentally open them all the time in illustrator & personally would much rather have that option here. Thanks. B
I recently needed to migrate my files from one CC account to another. I was informed that it was on my school's admin to fix the migration invitation, which they cannot do. I tried to create a .CClib file of my files, but was unable to upload it to my new account. It just looked like this (white box appeared and nothing else happened): My only option was then to download all of my 100+ stored cloud files onto my computer. But for some reason you cannot download several at once - but you have to download each file individually. Also it doesn't say "download" it says "export a copy". So I had to do that over 140 times. So the "Idea" (which is more of a strong encouragment out of anger) is to be able to download several files at once from Adobe CC.
I have specific files that i use for most of my work. I would like to be able to have that as quick access without searching. The files need to be in the libraries because that is the way that I update the files for all of my team. This would be similar to the Taskbar pinning.
I need to share the files in an inactive user's folder with another user. Your documentation for this is straightforward and I have done this before. However, we have accumulated a large number of inactive users over the years, and I am unable to scroll through the pages long enough to find the user in question by exhaustive search. Please add a search field to this page so that we can search for an inactive user without scrolling through the entire database manually. I have already searched the community and I am not the first person to request this feature. Thank you.
I believe that for many teams it would be very useful to have cc libraries support gradients swatches as it does other fill colors, especially now when gradients are trending. Also, if cc libraries can support short .mp4, .avi, and audio files, it would be so super helpful. For example, I'm creating a video for a brand and we always start/end the videos the same way or always use the same music, it would be great to simply drag it in from the library. Thank you!
That's it 🙂 In the Libraries, I need a refresh button as sometimes the things aren't syncing and I don't know what's wrong.
Could it be possible to manage relationship with lib Asset and Document managed in CC?As image and Doc can be linked in AEM?The goal is to list in a doc all linked files: linked pictures and lib assets filesin the other way, selecting a Lib Asset, it could be valuable to list all teh documents wher this lib asset is used. Many Thanks
I would like to request that Adobe supply a breakdown/history of credit usage for AI generations. If we are going to be required to buy additional credits when our supply of credits run out, then it is important to know how/when credits are being used.
Save every adobe apps prefer setting in adobe cloud automatically so every time we reinstall apps, they'll came back as old settings. No need to setup the preference, keyboard, work space, actions, brushes, swatches... in every app every time. No need to find what the kind of the preference files are they, where are them, backup somewhere, remember which file is for which app, find the path, put it back. you see, it's taking forever to do that now.....
How about a reasonable discount for retiree's and seniors. Adobe already offer substantial discounts to students & teachers, why not seniors? I'm sure there are many people who would take advantage of a discounted subdcription to start a new hobby, or be able to continue with one that they enjoy.
Concerning Creative Cloud Desktop App Version 6.3.0.2027, Creative Cloud libraryPlattform and OS version are irrelevant, because according to the Adobe Support this feature isn't available (see case ID E-001292939)If one administers Adobe users in a large scale environment and want to make the corporate colours available to all Creative Cloud users assigning the library on a per user basis is not a feasable option. It would be preferable to assign the library to user groups, especially if the group members change frequently. Also this would nicely complement the Adobe User Synchronisation Tool. Users should only have the right to use the color swatches, not to edit them. So far large scale IT environments have to resort to their software distribution tools to provide corporate color swatches within a reasonable amount of time. This would be an improvement for Enterprise customers.
I use Adobe Illustrator as an example.Create an RGB color R 166, G 255, B 51 in an sRGB document and add the swatch to a CC Library.Change your RGB color settings to Wide Gamut RGB and create a new document.Use the swatch from the CC library, the result is a totally different color. The color in the CC library does not have a profile attached, only the numbers are used and no conversion or warning takes place.
Please keep the comments window closed when the review project is opened on a browser.
Edit feature for Character and Paragraph Styles in the CC library. In the CC library, if a graphic standards change, you can easily right-click on a Color or Graphic in the Library and choose Edit to update that item and it will update all documents using that CC library automatically. Can you please extend this functionality to the Character and Paragraph Styles You now have to go through every document and manually apply a new Character Style which defeats the purpose of the Library.
I can only find the comment tools online in the browser version. I would be helpful to have it in the program menu.
It is helpful to know if people have reviewed the link I've sent them. Sometimes I can't tell if a client has even looked at the reviewed item unless they comment on it. Please add a view count to the Review Links view in Adobe Creative Cloud.
We are a government organization with strict data residency requirements. Please add the ability to fully disable Adobe cloud storage (specifically in Creative Cloud Enterprise and Acrobat Pro Enterprise for our purposes).
Due to the limitations of Enterprise Storage, students who are graduating cannot automatically migrate their assets and must download from a variety of locations. Depending on the Size of their assets, this could consume a large amount of time in a critical time of a Student's life. I understand per support that this has been requested before and I'm here to further reinforce the need for this additional feature.
It would be useful to be able to redirect the RUM log, particularly on macOS. Currently the log gets written to the current user’s Library/Logs folder (or root if RUM is being run from a script via MDM). Enabling root just to be able to read/copy/move a log file seems terribly unwise from a security standpoint. Additionally, in the case of shared devices, one would need the ability to access each user’s Library/Logs folder. Again, this seems terribly inefficient and needlessly cumbersome. Being able to redirect the log to a common location such as a folder under Users/Shared would simplify accessing the log. I am not suggesting moving the default location of the log, simply perhaps adding a parameter to RUM that would allow the redirection to a desired location. Thanks, Gus
I am a content creator who primarily uses iPhone and I absolutely HATE creating now that it's so hard to even upload to premiere pro/lightroom etc. The discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files is such a bad move, I'm publicly requesting for it to be up again! I paid for Adobe because I thought it would make my life easier, but now it's just making it harder.
I'm using Shared link with Indesign. When I open the shared link on my browser, I have the spread open and I can't go to a certain page but rather a spread. Where I work it's very helpful to be able to go to a specific page but also the view. It'd really help to be able to see one page take the whole screen and not a spread. If you could add this feature would be amazing and make some work much easier. Also, I currently work on desktop and with the mouse, it's hard to navigate. Thanks,Joana
