Adobe Stock doesn't download videos

Hi,
I'm triying to download a couple of videos with the ilimited company acount but Stock ask me for the credit card to buy those videos. Going throught the library it let me buy the videos but no download, the account should let me download them.

If I try to download pictures or vector I can do it, as usual.

One "gotcha" to check for is that you may be using Stock under your personal profile, rather than your corporate one. It's possible to choose your corporate account in one area of the Adobe site, but still be under your personal account within Stock. (It's happened to me!) Click the user icon in the upper right corner, to check that you're logged in under the right profile : ]

Your plan may not include videos!

Check that first, best with your account administrator. If it includes video, and the issue is consistent as well for other accounts in your company, I suggest, your account administrator contacts Adobe customer service via the admin console.
