Comprehensive "report issue" feature - including trash AI Vectors/Images

Right now, the ‘report issue’ mechanism is insufficient. At present you can only report on 2 issues - names of people included in the artwork and IP infringement.

In brief, we should be able to report on issues such as:
• poor quality
• inappropriate/explicit/insensitive content
• unflagged AI content or image traced AI vectors

Since adobe have shown no particular inclination to moderate the content that ‘contributors’ are producing, at the very least they should allow users to report/flag content that does not meet quality expectation as well as unflagged AI images, AI images that have been image traced and passed off as human creation, images that claim to be vector but are an embedded raster image (downloaded one of those the other day) or images that may be culturally, morally or ideologically problematic.

In a few other posts, there’s also been suggestion of user ratings for content, which I fully support.
