I am very surprised that these simple basic features are not available in Adobe Stock. It is very incovenience to user and difficult to navigate. I also spent a lot of time in order to understand the t&c of the subscription. Please make it obvious and indicate that it is saved and can unsave to library. It would be good if can select which library to save also. It's funny that I have to do manual calculation by checking back license history to know how much is my plan's balance instead get a glance by hovering over profile just like generative credit.

Check with a plan admin if the 40 credits stock plan does not need to be allocated first. (but if you can licence assets from that plan, it should be!)

Yup, that's great! That's what I thought it should be - view the credits from header & dropdown. Thanks for checking and help guys! Really appreciate a lot to both of you 🙂

Hello Jyenn ,

You seem to have an Enterprise pro plan which provides unlimited access to microstock assets (like photos, illustrations, vectors etc) in Extended License. Unfortunately it doesn't include assets like videos . There is a different plan which is Enterprise pro plus that includes unlimited quota for all assets types. That said if you have a pro plan and a stock plan, it usually shows the quota left in profile dropdown and in the header like mine below:

Let me check with team as to why they are not shown in your case .

Also, another way you can know the credits left for the stock plan is through the done state after an asset like video is licensed, with the stock plan you have. So all the microstock assets are licensed with the unlimited pro plan you have (which is why you do not see the credits left for those) and for the non microstock assets like videos , the done state shows the credits left after licensing from the stock 40 plan.

Hope this helps. 🙂

Thanks!!

I suppose the Pro does not include any assets that are more expensive than one credit. It may be possible to attribute the 40 assets/month to a non Pro account under your control. That would be a bit more complicated for you to manage the licensing, but would give you an overview over your remaining credits.

I'm just tagging @EvilBug1 and @joon.Stock for expert advise from their side.

Creative cloud pro has unlimited stock included. Why do you have a second plan with 40 credits/month?

If you want to check with support, you need to contact the support via the admin console. Standard support is not trained for your questions and should decline to answer.

But it tells unlimited assets. What is your basic creative cloud subscription?

Yes, I have Enterprise and just added a new subscription recently. It is really confusing.

Your quota is unlimited. You are part of a Teams or Enterprise subscription with stock included. But you need to check what types of assets are included. It may be that you are limited to standard licences, or that yor plan licences all assets under an enhanced licence (no 500k limitation), but does not include video…

You will need to ask your plan manager, what they booked for you.
