Yesterday I’ve opened a request for refund as I got charged without knowing I didn’t cancel the whole plan from on first day of trial. Right away after charged yesterday I opened the ticket. But I got email that please go to help.adobe and all. I tried with the support chat, but ai assistant is keep saying I don’t have any open refund request with this email. I”m trying again n again I don’t know where to request refund or open refund request ?
Can you share email or put me direct with the platform where I can get the refund  as it’s only 14 days window to request that, and it’s already 2nd day started
