Stock account block and payment.

Hello everyone! 

I have a featured request to adobe team. I have some complaints about the Adobe Stock Contributor system. If someone files something wrong or breaks the rules in Adobe Stock Contributor, Adobe blocks the account directly without any warning and also does not have any system to withdraw any dollars in the account.

I think Adobe Direct should give the contributor some time and opportunity by giving a warning instead of blocking the account. Because it takes a lot of time and effort for a contributor to create an account and build a huge portfolio. Adobe should keep this in mind. And even if the account is blocked, Adobe should have a system in place to withdraw the remaining money in the account.
