You may consider opening a completely new tab and starting fresh. I agree sometimes you get a bad "seed". This does happen occassionally. I find that if I come back to it a day or so later, FF seems to have corrected itself. How long later is... I can't give you a diffinitive answer.

Possible steps
1) start w a fresh tab (completely new) (Oddly enough I find turning my computer and wifi off helps.) I don't know... it just helps. I consider it a rebot.
2) as mentioned before have reference image w margins
3) be generally specific

@market23607553x8px I was thinking about your request/ prompt. Keep in mind the FF is trained on Adobe Stock. Eventhough, you have provided an image to work with there may not be a lot of Adobe Stock photos to pick and choose from for FF. 

You may consider looking at what photos are available on Adobe Stock; so, you can create the desired image you are attempting to generate.

Another thing you may want to experiment with is making the ref image a bit smaller. I find that if I want specific dimensions to fit to provide a "small border" or space around the image. Otherwise, FF attempts to fill the entire image according to the prompt you provide.

1st cat I didn't provide a border.
2nd cat I provided 9:16 w a border
I would need to experiment w the border sizing to get the desired image I would want.
