A 'back' button for generative fill?

After editing an image in generative fill, I can't seem to get back and edit the original image. I get sent back to the landing page and have to start all over again. This seems a pretty basic oversight but maybe I'm missing something?

Hello @default30osark8wvc7,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

You cannot use the browser back button in generative fill, as you have discovered.  The work-around is to regularly save your work. I save the image after every few steps and if the page resets or I realise I went down the wrong path, I can go backwords by taking one of those interim images and working from there.  When I am done with the project, I archive or delete those interim saved images.

My best,
