ability to rotate and horizontally flip adjustments

Hello,
It would be nice to be able to rotate and flip horizontally and vertically the generated fills. I was trying to add a persons sihloette, but it was facing the wrong direction even when I typed the direction I wanted it facing. Being able to have controle of this would be awesome.
