Adding emphasis to a word or phrase

I’d like the ability to indicate that emphasis should be placed on a certain word or phrase. In ElevenLabs, you can accomplish this by capitalizing the whole word or by putting quotes around a word or phrase. In Firefly, capitalizing a word automatically makes it an acronym, and quotation marks interrupt the sentence too much. It would be great if alongside pronunciation we could indicate emphasis.

Example: Only you can prevent forest fires.
