Hi @AIDAsign,

On the credits issue, I think you will need to contact Adobe customer service to see what the problem is. They can access your account and see what is happening. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs here of people claiming to work for Adobe. They are likely to be scammers.

My best,

Hi O. Nate, I've been generating images for a few weeks now, so far only one cretit has been calculated at best, but thanks for your support anyway.

Hi droopy , switching to a different web browser has helped.
Many thanks for your help and this tip.

Yesterday 500 credits were added for another subscription. Today, 500 credits were simply deducted again without having started an image generation.
“Still 974/1500 credits” I have only used 1 credit so far, but a total of 525 credits have already been deducted. Where did 525 credits disappear to without being used? That should be possible to check. Greetings Frank

A change was made that upscale now upscales all four images. That is for one gen credit.

Hey @AIDAsign
Not sure what is happening with the use of 5 credits.
1) Consider turning FF to Slow Mode if you are using Fast Mode
Upscaling uses one credit for each image.

Slow Mode you only use 1 credit. You do not have to upscale your images.

2nd)
If you're still having issues, try contacting Adobe support
Type agent in the chatbot to speak to a real person

You will need to be on a browser that allows pop-ups and cookies, or the icon won't show.

Cheers

Hi @AIDAsign ,

I cannot explain the five credit problem, but no image appearing might be a browser or firewall issue where connexions to Adobe are being blocked. Can you try another browser as a test?  And if that fails also, if you are using Windows, try to reset the Windows firewall to the default configuration.

My best,

No, no error message appears, no matter which prompt I set, it still deducts 5 credits per run - but no image is created without a reason.
Thanks Frank

Hello @AIDAsign,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Do you eventually get an error message? Can you please show us a screen shot?  Are you using Windows or a Mac?

Thanks,
    droopy
