Allow going back from generative fill editing without losing promts

Yes, exactly. Sometimes I just want to see what can be done with one of the images through generative fill (or extending an image in the future) and go back to the text to image space I was in before, if I didn't like the results (txt to img, img to img or any other "creative space" you add in the future).

I know I can favorite an image if I want to go back to it, but if I like, lets say, 3 of them, then I would need to favorite all 3 if I wanted to keep the exact images. I think keeping our generations in the background while editing through generative fill would also reduce your server load a bit since right now opening a favorited image seems to generate them from scratch.

It would also greatly simplify the user experience because right now I need to click 4 times to go back: 1) [Back] from Generative Fill image edit > 2) [Back] from Generative Fill space > 3) [Favorites] > 4) Click the image

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, do you want to go back to the Text to Image module with the original images? At the moment, you can use the heart button to favorite your image in the Text to Image module so you can access it later.
