Bad, ludicrous, outcome

What does one do when trying to generate a human in a "loose fit cotton crew neck tee" results in a steroidal, superhero in a skin tight outfit? So creepy and off putting. Plus it might seem like a small thing, but a crew neck is not a v-neck. 

What is going on here?
