Do you have the required Generative Credits?

Have you tried again and it still didn’t work?

Are you on a network?  Or dop you have an active VPN?

Try signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and signing back in again.

Is the image 8 or 16 bit? It will not work with 32 bit images.

Have you tried resetting Preferences?
