Capcut no internet connection

Capcut is not an Adobe product. I refer you to this Facebook community which seems to be their equivalent to this Adobe Community: CapCut Web.

I’m also running into the "no internet connection" issue with CapCut. It’s frustrating because my other apps are connecting fine, but CapCut keeps giving me this error. Has anyone found a workaround or fix for this problem? Any advice would be appreciated!

@ are you connected via WiFi? If so make sure you are using the 5 ghz bandwidth. If you are connected, check your firewall/Windows Defender to allow Adobe Firefly access.
