Changing Designs for existing picture

It would be awesome to have the ability to change designs of an existing image.  For example, if i have wooden dining table at a specific size and with a specific background.  It would be fantastic if i can change the entire table to a marble table, or like a stone table, or different style table. like modern french style or something.
