Charged for banned images not requested.

5 times this month I have entered an innocent prompt that resulted in banned images that I was charged a precious credit for. Why are the credits not refunded when the results are not visible or downloadable? It doesn't seem fair. It didn't matter back when I was employed and could afford the unlimited plan, but now that I am jobless and can no longer afford to pay every monthly credit is precious.
