As Kartika mentioned, Generative Fill is the closest you'd get to do what you want. This allows you to select part of the image and add something, or remove something. Your selection can be the background, item of clothing or a space next to the character.

Firefly is not good at creating variations of specific content in an image. So if say you have a man in an image and you want to see him in different poses but ensure the person looks exactly the same in each of the new image creations, that will not be possible.
