Confusing

What you can and can not do on firefly is super confusing. I see an ad that says you can do up to 2k but no instructions on how. I tried several times to do text to vector...get errors. The lack of understanding and how things work scares one away. It should be intuitive but it isn't. Things should work as stated, they don't. I dont want to risk it....
