Convert photo to AI artwork

Is there a way to upload a photo and have it converted to a new graphic.  I want to use the photo attached with the cat and turn it into some type of fighting leprachaun similar to the sample image attached.

    You can now use multiple reference images in text to image.

    Try Generative Fill. You can upload the image of the man, remove everything but his face, and have AI fill in the rest with a leprachaun. It may not accept "fighting" in the prompt, though. You could try "cartoon leprachaun with fists in the air."
