Creating a short clip for realtime livestream video is such a hassle, we should add more features to support creator and livestream video

    1. What kind of clips do you want to create for your livestreams, for example intros, overlays, looping backgrounds, alerts, or highlights from a stream?
    2. What is the hassle today? Please describe the steps you currently follow and the tools you use.
    3. What do you mean by "real time": clips generated while you are live, or a quick turnaround before a stream starts?

    A short example of how you would like it to work would also be very helpful.
