Creating unlimited images and videos for free via web site on these devices

After several attempts, I logged in to the Adobe Firefly website. I pasted the prompt, tried to upload an image, and clicked the generate button, but it didn’t work. I tried to upload a video to generate a video, but it didn’t work either. Please fix this soon. Please let me create images and videos for free on an iPhone 8, 6 Plus, or 6S, a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and an older Nexus version. I do not want to download more apps. Thank you.
