When you cancel the service, it is completely cancelled including everything that came with that service. If you want to keep using unlimited generation, you need to wait to cancel until just before it would renew.

Note that unlimited generation for Nano Banana was a promotion, and that ended on January 15. Generations for Nano Banana now consume credits.

Yes I have a further question: 

I purchased a 7,000 credit subscription for one month and canceled it early because I don't need it for another month. However, services such as unlimited generation with Nano Banana Pro were immediately canceled... Why is that, since I paid for a month?
