Thanks for reaching out. The Adobe CC plan gives you 4000 Generative credits per month. Here is the comparison of the plans. 
Each plan is different. Firefly plans are used for Firefly credits and videos.
When you use high-quality video output, Firefly uses more credits. More info on how the credits are used here.
