Its stupid that I just paid for firefly and made one 5sec video and out of credits when I have 3min of video to make. Credits should be on free version only

I am not sure which plan you have.
Firefly plans 

How credits are used 

Each plan is different. Firefly plans are used for Firefly credits and videos.
When you use high-quality video output, Firefly uses more credits.

Creative Cloud Plans 
Creative Cloud Plans are totally different from Adobe Firefly plans.
