Credits for firefly

my firefly credits for the monthly are disappearing:(. It doesn't tell me when they renew?  That would be nice if it told me they renew on June28th for example

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Generative credits are refreshed on the anniversary of when you subscribed. You can see that date by looking at your account page and seeing when your next payment will be charged:
