Critical Bug: 405 Method Not Allowed Error on Firefly Sound Generation API Endpoint

I am consistently receiving an "Unknown Error" in the UI while attempting to use Adobe Firefly Sound Generation. Checking the browser DevTools (Network tab), the API request is returning a 405 Method Not Allowed status code.

Context:

Account Status: Paid subscription with sufficient credits.

Tool: Sound Generation (Text to Sound).

Error Code: 405 (Method Not Allowed).

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

Tested in Incognito/Private mode (no extensions active).

Cleared browser cache and cookies.

Tested on a completely different network (Mobile Data/Hotspot).

Tested on a different device (Mobile browser).

Checked status.adobe.com (No reported outages).

Conclusion:
Since the 405 error persists across different devices and networks, the issue is clearly a backend routing or API configuration error on Adobe’s side. The server is rejecting the request method (likely POST) being sent by the Firefly frontend.

Please escalate this to the engineering team to check the API endpoint health and routing rules for my account/region.
