Glad you asked, CMass! It's an artistic movement that sits between steampunk and cyberpunk in the retro 20th century. A google (+ others...) image search will give you a feel for it. If steampunk is around 1900AD then it's what follows. I'm thinking Firefly -> Effects -> Movements -> Steampunk. That gives it the magic of style strength.
