error! in the middle of a chat / work an error makes it impossible to go on. this happens every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that happens every day now! in the middle of a chat this error occurs. and no, nothing helped: no restart, no deleting browser cache , no other browser (firefox, chrome), nothing. this kills my workflow, my nerves and much worse: hours of my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!! and the so called support is no helpat all! i am very very disappointed about adobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and angry. as you can see. (browser: safari, osx: tahoe 26.5)
