Feature request: Text to supplied voice and supplied image

I need the ability to supply a photo of a person and use it as an avatar (instead of your stock images), and to supply a voice sample of the person and use that (as one can with ElevenLabs). 
I have rights to historic photos and audio interviews and need to make them speak in sync, using their own words and voice. Also need to animate upper body as well as facial features.
