Hallo ich habe vom kurzem hier eine Video generiert, könnte hier abspielen, aber könnte nicht herunterladen.. Was soll ich machen?

Hey, Flamboyant_Mischiefac83!

My first suggestion is to download through the Creative Cloud app. There you can find all of your creations from the Adobe apps.

But you also should be able to download via the website with a few ‘cleaning’ steps:

• Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes a simple refresh clears the block.

• Test in incognito mode: Browser extensions (like ad blockers) often interfere.

Best,

Gabriel
