Here's an idea. If you don't create the video for us and have a message that says: "Can't load We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again." THEN DON'T TAKE MY CREDITS

Why is it when Firefly messes up and doesn’t provide an AI video it still takes my credits?

      Thank you for sharing your feedback.

       

      If a generation ends with an error and no video is returned, the credits that were deducted right after you clicked Generate are automatically returned to your balance. You don’t lose them permanently. After the error occurs, just check your credit balance and you’ll see the credits have been restored.
