Hello @ksenia_1386,

Thank you for your message. That error does not look like an account problem. It looks like a connexion problem. Can you try again after disconnecting from your wifi network and see of that works (while connected to the mobile network)?  Also, you can verify you are logged in and have available credits by tapping on your avatar in the upper right corner:
