I like Adobe, and am trying to create some images/videos for some social media posts, but no matter how hard I try, even though prompting for the model to spell something correctly, I have gone through 4 generations so far and still not the correct spelling, I feel like I should not be charged credits for these  AI Model issues.  How do I request Credits back for these?  I just signed up for Firefly to create content for a business and this (although a really cool tool) creates an efficiency bottleneck when I have to spellcheck and maybe it is because I am new to it, but the product does not give me a definitive way to remedy these types of issues.  Honestly there should, be after a video/image is generated, a question that verifies accuracy. And if this does not meet accuracy you get a chance to edit it or start over. I get that this will lead to some misuse, but that should be a fulfillment process at adobe not something that falls on the consumer.

Still, they’re pretty bad. Google pro seems to have it down the best. But chews through credits as a partner model. .

the issue is that there’s still no feedback to recover credits in exchange for error reporrting / training data. Flagging the issues - asking for credit refunds - just goes unanswered.

Just the other day I had a ton of errors, just doesnt seem fair to include the credits in a subscription, and then when the models have high error rates. Just have no way for users to request for credit back.

The quality of the firefly generated videos is really bad, which would not be such a an issue if the system wouldn't eat up all the credits for each correction and would only count upon download. This way, finding the right command, then generate a high quality version takes thousands of credits.

Please find a way for us to use Firefly in a correct, fair way.

2 videos attached which used 100+125 of my credits.

Thank you for the updated. Voted on Bori's Idea. I believe it is reasonable.

Hi Brett5ED9!

Thanks for your feedback! We know how frustrating it is when a generation turns out unusable, like a face missing half its features. I'm merging your thread here since it’s part of a similar discussion. Please add you vote here

When a generation is BAD and unusable, like a human that has half the face missing, and you can tell with cookies that we did NOT download it, we should get those generation credits back!

Agreed, if it generates something I'm not going to use or download there should be a reduced rate.
