    Hi @defaultjh5pqu4e9bvg,

A model has to be available on your plan and partner models have to be enabled for you by the local administrator for you to access them on enterprise plans. Seedance and Kling are not available on enterprise plans. This is documented here:

The following models are currently available only to individual users. Support for business plans isn't yet available, as additional reviews are currently being conducted to responsibly enable third-party models for business use. We will continue to evaluate broader availability as those reviews are completed.

    • Dreamina-Seedance 2.0
    • Dreamina-Seedance 2.0 Fast
    • Kling 2.5 Turbo
    • Kling 3.0
    • Kling 3.0 Omni

which is from: Partner models in Adobe products

OK. If you get that error with an Enterprise plan, it means ‘Your organization's local Adobe Admin Console has not enabled external partner models for your account, or your specific enterprise contract tier does not include third-party video generation models.’

Check this link to see if it makes sense to you.

I don’t think the requirements are anything more than an active Adobe account and sufficient Generative Credits.  What plan are you on? What is your monthly allocation of Generative Credits, and how many credits do you currently have?

Click on your profile in the top right corner of Firefly if you are not sure.

    Hi Dennis,

I've joined the Adobe Enterprise plan, which provides 4000 credits per month; I currently have 1420 credits. I've found that it works fine with other tools like VEO, but fails with SEEDANCE 2 and KLING 3.  Thanks
